  1. Hi! This is such a great post. I wish more people understood the potency and practicality of herbs! I use several on your list to help manage my Chronic Lyme (cat’s claw for immune support, licorice for cortisol metabolism and others). We even have an elderberry tree in our front yard, and we use it to make elderberry syrup every year. My kiddos LOVE it!
